Certified Operator Training
Offering training on any Roof Seamer that we build, we can come to your facility and teach our Certified Operator Training Program to your team! We build a training program just for you and the roof systems that you work with.
Don't have the ability for us to visit you? D.I. has a beautiful 960 sq.ft. training classroom and facility with 4 large test beds to represent different roof environments that you may face on your jobsite.
Training packages start at $1,499! Groups from 6-20 are welcomed into our training facility, based on availability. Training Courses include: Ordering your Roof Seamer, Basic Troubleshooting, Operation of the Roof Seamer and many various hand tools, D.I.'s latest tools and innovations, D.I.'s Quality Control System, Common Problems, Seamer Certification Process, plus much more! Completion of the course includes a hard hat sticker and a Certificate of Completion as a D.I. Certified Operator.
Service Center
Our Service Center offers full service on all Roof Seamer models. From routine maintenance to complete reconstructions, we are equipped to handle any problem that you may have.
DI recommends that you clean the tooling on your roof seamer DAILY. All cleaning should be done with Mineral Spirits. Never use a harsh cleaning chemical, such as paint thinner or acetone, on tooling; it can damage painted panels the next time the roof seamer is used.
You should send in your roof seamer every 12 months for a routine maintenance inspection. All internal components require checking for wear and potential problems. Just like an oil change and tune up on your car, routine maintenance is the key to keeping your roof seamer performing great!

Manufacturer's Warranty: All products are covered under a 30 day manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturer's defects.*
Extended Warranty Program: Our Extended Warranty Program is available for all Roof Seamers purchases! This program is purchased for 12 months at a time. You may renew your Extended Warranty as many times as you want as long as you do not let the policy lapse. The Extended Warranty covers the drive train of the Roof Seamer.
