D.I. ROOF SEAMERS | Builder/Contractor's Options

Our daily program gives you availability to all of our Commercial Grade Roof Seamer options. Whether you are using a 22 gauge steel panel with a Galvalume finish on a warehouse or finishing a copper pavillion on your latest high-profile job, we have a Roof Seamer to meet your needs!

Our basic 3-station & 4-station chasis are available for $45-day. Our patented "Flip Flop" machine is available at $60/day. Some panels require two seamers to correctly form the profile. When you place your order, a Customer Service Representative will be able to assist you with selecting the right Commercial Grade Roof Seamer for you and the roof that you are installing. You do not start paying rent until the equipment arrives on your job site. There are NO minimum rental terms.

Doing a large job that will take months or years? Our long-term program is designed for you!

You keep the Medium Duty Roof Seamer as long as you need it and only pay only $10/hour that the machine actually runs (calculated by an on-board hour meter). If you are working on a job, you don't have time to wait for a seamer to ship all the way to your site just to have it start raining the day it arrives! With this program, if you have a sunny day - go work! If it's raining or snowing - no problem! You only pay for the time that you use it!

This program is designed for most of the "common" panels on the market today and only gives you accessibility to our 3-station and 4-station models. This is recommended for jobs that are dealing with 24 gauge steel panels. Each Roof Seamer will come with any required hand crimpers. In addition to the hourly rental rate, a $150/month fee will apply to cover the costs of the seaming kit.

Every 90 days, another Roof Seamer arrives on your jobsite! The new machine has been calibrated and re-certified for your job -- simply put the old one back in the shipping container and send it back. You will always have a new machine on your job to ensure a quailty seam.

We require 2 business days from the time you place your order until the Roof Seamer leaves our facility in Mississippi. This time is used to assemble a machine just for you!

When you order a D.I. Roof Seamer, we don't just grab one off of the shelf and send it out. Each machine is set up to the specifications that you give us on your Rental Agreement Form. From endlap conditions to the roof pitch, your machine will be assembled specifically for your job. Not only do we make sure that the Roof Seamer will fit your panels, we create a simulation of what you roof looks like. We have a testing facility that can simulate everything from a .5/12 pitch to a wall panel -- including curved or radius panels down to 48 inches! We re-create your roof at our facility and run the Roof Seamer that you will receive to ensure that you will get an exceptional seam every time!

After we create the seam, we keep it! Until your job is compelte, we have documentation and a sample seam that certifies the Roof Seamer to your job! Doing a US Army Corps of Engineers job? How about a job in Miami-Dade County? Did you know that EVERY piece of equipment on your site MUST be certified for these areas? We are the only Roof Seamer supplier in the country that can offer you a quality certification on every machine!
